About Robert Kunzler

I am currently based in San Jose and Cupertino and cover the state of California, with emphasis on the Silicon Valley including Santa Clara county and surrounding areas.

I have been in real estate in various capacities for many years. I am a licensed agent working towards attaining my Broker's designation sometime in 2010, I am also a real estate investor, owner, and property manager.

I help clients achieve their real estate objectives.

I know from personal experience that ownership of real estate in good locations is not just about enjoying a nice family home, although that is indeed important, it's also the key to opening the door to personal financial independence.

Most people do not fully realize that goal of personal financial independence that is achievable for those who make wise real estate investmtents. The promises of late night cable infomercials may be false, but that does not negate the power of real estate to provide you the vehicle to ultimately control your financial life and well-being.

I very much enjoy offering my experience and enthusiasm for this area of human endeavor to help people either take the initial plunge into ownership, or to get the best price for your home sale, or even to move beyond principal residence transactions and make real estate investments work for you every day of your life!

It's important for people to realize their dream of ownership and its substantial potential financial advantages, and for sellers to obtain the best possible returns on their investment. And, as I mentioned, the next level of investing is where you can truly start feeling exhilarated as you begin to fully appreciate and realize the power of this amazing vehicle called real estate.

Like most of us, I thoroughly enjoy the lifestyle of this great area, which allows outdoor activity year round. My particular interests dovetail nicely with this part of the world. I play and support Bay Area soccer, a fast growing sport doing particularly well in this region, exercise, play tennis (long way to go but getting there!) and volunteer.

The Bay Area is not the only great place to be. I visit friends and relatives when time allows in England, Germany, Switzerland (the origin of my last name), Spain, and its Canary Islands, where I also have real estate interests.
